Grand Opening Prize Rules : Sweláps Market, Kamloops, B.C.

HOW TO ENTER No purchase is required for prizes the grand prize draws, daily gift card draw, or tabletop smoker.
- To enter the In-Store Grand Prize Draw, fill out an entry form at the Customer Service Desk between 8 am and 10 pm on November 16^th.
- To enter the Social Media Grand Prize Draw, post your favorite grand opening photograph and tag @SwelápsMarket between 8 am and 10 pm on November 16^th.
- To enter the Daily $50 Gift Card Draw, fill out an entry form at the Customer Service Desk between 8 am November 16^th and 10 pm on November 22^nd.
- To enter the Tabletop Smoker Prize Draw, sign up for our e-flyer through the TGP QR Code by midnight November 29^th.
- To enter the Daily First Ten Shoppers Prize purchase is required between 8 am November 16^th and 10 pm November 22^nd. No entry form is required.
- Limit of one entry per person per day. If you attempt or are suspected of attempting to enter more than once per day or use robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, it shall be deemed as tampering and will void your entries.

ELIGIBILITY Contest is open to all shoppers who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the Contest opening date. Employees of Sweláps Market are not eligible to enter this Contest.
PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES
- In-Store and Social Media Grand Prize Draw – On November 16^th, a random draw will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
- Daily $50 Gift Certificate Prize Draw – From November 16^th to November 22^nd a random draw will be made each day among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
- Tabletop Smoker Prize Draw – On November 30^th, a random draw will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Please see the TGP website for further details.
- Daily First Ten Shoppers Prize Draw – From November 16^th to November 22^nd the first ten shoppers who make a purchase will receive a prize.
- The first drawn name shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting all the conditions described in these rules. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail during the week following the draw and should claim their prize as instructed by Sweláps Market by no later than seven (7) days after the date they are initially contacted. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days following the first attempt, or declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and Sweláps Market has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner. All prizes must be claimed in person at Sweláps Market.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S)
- In-Store and Social Media Grand Prize Draw – Three prizes will be awarded, and the winner will receive one (1) gift basket valued at approximately $100.
- Daily $50 Gift Certificate Prize Draw – One prize will be awarded per day and the winner will receive one prize (1) prize valued at roughly $50.
- Tabletop Smoker Prize Draw – One (1) prize will be awarded.
- Daily Sweláps Swag Prize – One prize will be awarded per day to the first ten shoppers who make a purchase. Each winner will receive one prize (1) prize valued at roughly $10.

GENERAL RULES
- By accepting a prize each winner declares their eligibility as stipulated in Section 2 of these rules and releases Sweláps Market, as well as its respective directors, officers and employees (the “Contest Parties”) from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
- Winners will be asked to sign a release form agreeing that their name, image and/or voice may be used for advertising purposes related to this Contest free of charge. This is not a mandatory form.
- The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited.
- If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Sweláps Market reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in its sole discretion.
- Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner.
- If a contestant makes any false statement, they will be automatically disqualified from the Contest.
- The Contest Parties assume no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including without limitation.
- Sweláps Market reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should a cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest.
- All personal information, such as name and contact information, is collected by Sweláps Market solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes.
- Winners will be required to provide proof of identification and may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the social media platform.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, using any robotic, automatic programmed method that artificially increases the odds of winning or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Sweláps Market. Sweláps Market is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest.
- Sweláps Market reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on the Website.
- By entering, you agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of Sweláps Market, which decisions are final and binding on all contestants.
