Returns with Original Receipt: Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase with original tags and packaging. Exchange only after 14 days. Some exceptions apply.

Returns without Original Receipt: Exchange may be offered for the product in its original package, depending on the condition of the product and date of purchase. Photo identification may be required.

Home, Electronics and Leisure: All sales are final after 30 days. Software, VHS’, CD’s and video games are only refunded when in the original sealed package, with exchange for same item being offered if the product is opened and defective.

All sales are final on: Gift cards, phone cards, special event tickets, books, newspapers, magazines, pierced earrings, hats, underwear, opened packages of sheets or pillows, prescription drugs, tobacco, lottery, seasonal event merchandise and clearance items.

Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at our store. If you would like to purchase a larger amount of gift cards in excess of $1000.00, please contact us via phone or email to administration@swelapsmarket.ca.

If you are a TteS administration or TteS for-profit entity, a House Charge Account may be set up. You can request an application at the customer service desk or through administration@swelapsmarket.ca. The application will then be processed, and you will be notified of the status of your request.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac, and cash. We redeem major gift cards as well.

You may submit a formal letter and request to administration@swelapsmarket.ca or kindly call the store for more information.
